Introducing Penny, Zuko and Denver, the Dogs of Exchange Capital Management Inc.! These canine collaborators know the benefits of investing time on the trail as a team!
Why not try a walking meeting on the trail next time your work team needs to check in. Walking meetings are a great way to bring everyone together to accomplish goals outside of the office setting. Nature and changes of scenery impact the brain in ways that produce new ideas and creative problem solving. Further, the opportunity to move during the work day promotes improved health and mental wellbeing. Now that’s an idea that the whole team can get behind!

The Ann Arbor Running Goddesses come together with various backgrounds and different experiences as athletes and individuals, but one common thread: to be our best selves while wanting the same for each other. What has transpired is a truly special legacy of women inspiring and empowering each other through the sport of running. It was Karen McKeachie who started this legacy, and may it continue to be as alive and contagious as it has been for over two decades.
This picture shows members of the original Goddess group from 2003/2004 with Karen third from the right.
We look forward to cheering on Team Goddess and others at the DXA2 Run on June 2! ... See MoreSee Less
