Maps and Taps: HWPI’s Spring Trail Kick Off

We invite you to join HWPI and the B2B Trail community at Maps and Taps on Thursday, May 7, 2026! Hosted at the Kitchen at Jolly Pumpkin, this lively evening brought together trail supporters to celebrate the start of the new season.

Guests enjoyed local craft beer, connected with fellow trail enthusiasts, and heard the latest updates on B2B Trail progress—all while supporting the continued growth of one of Washtenaw County’s most treasured resources.

Highlights from the evening include:

• Updates from HWPI on 2026 trail plans and milestones ahead, with a first look at newly drawn up maps, renderings, and trail construction plans
• Engaging conversations with community members passionate about trails, access to nature, and safe, outdoor recreation
• Drinks, food trucks, games, etc.
• A warm, welcoming atmosphere celebrating the Washtenaw County trail community
