Join the fun on Saturday, October 24th for the TimberTown Fall Fest, featuring the TimberTown TrailFest 5K, a 1-mile Kids Dash, a storybook scavenger hunt, outdoor yoga, cornhole tournament, and more, all set in your favorite neighborhood parks along the scenic Border to Border Trail in Chelsea.
Whether you’re racing, strolling, or just soaking up the season, there’s something here for everyone. Bring the family, bring your friends, and let’s make the most of fall together!

TimberTown TrailFest 5K
There’s no better way to soak up fall than lacing up and hitting the trail. Join us for the TimberTown TrailFest 5K, a timed out and back course starting and finishing at TimberTown and Veteran’s Park along the paved Border to Border Trail. Flat, scenic, and beginner friendly, with aid stations along the way for runners and walkers alike.
Registration is $35, spots are limited!
1-Mile Kids Dash
Ready, set, dash! Fall is the perfect time for our youngest trailblazers to hit the park. Join us for the TimberTown Kids Dash, a fun, timed 1 mile race for our youngest runners held right in TimberTown and Veteran’s Park.
Registration required – just $15 to join the fun!
Race proceeds and additional donations go directly to Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative in support of the Border to Border Trail.
Morning Yoga Flow hosted by Breathe Yoga Chelsea!
Find your breath surrounded by nature with an easygoing outdoor yoga flow, a great warm up before the 5K or a peaceful moment on its own.
Bring your mat and come as you are, just show up and stretch it out!

Kid’s Scavenger Hunt hosted by Chelsea District Library!
Grab a map and follow the trail around TimberTown, where volunteers are waiting to read you a story, one stop at a time!
Collect a treat at every station, then shake it all out at the mini dance party finale!

Cornhole Tournament hosted by Saline Cornhole!
Bring your best toss and your game face to the TimberTown Cornhole Tournament, where every bag counts.
